Adopting Our Friends

Our volunteer group is dedicated to the well-being of our foster animals. Our adoption process is very easy and revolves around locating an ideal home for our animals. If you see an animal that you believe would fit your lifestyle and make a wonderful addition to your family, please contact the foster parent via the email address that is listed with the animal.

We place great trust in our foster homes. They have the privilege and the final say in who adopts the animals they are taking care of. All prospective adopters must complete an adoption application. References for adoptive families are reviewed, and adoptive homes are qualified in the order applications are received. In most cases, a home visit is done, which becomes the home placement if all goes well with other companion animals in the home, etc.  It usually takes at least a week to complete the application process and place animals with an adoptive family.  Our adoption fee for puppies/dogs is $100 and for kittens/cats it is $75 - this covers de-worming, initial shots, and the spay/neuter.
